Children
We kindly ask you not to bring your children under the age of six into the hall as we have set-up a day-care. If your children attend the sessions, you need to purchase an admission ticket for them. The children should be able to sit quietly for a two hour talk as well as show an interest in being there.
Daycare / Babysitting service
A daycare / babysitting service will be offered directly on the premises of CCH Congress Centre during the event. Children > 3 yrs., potty trained and with no contagious diseases will be offered this service. Two qualified professionals provide care for groups of 15 children each.
Opening hours: Saturday to Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The opening hours of the daycare will be adjusted accordingly in case of programme changes.
Charges and reservations
The day-care is free of charge; however, to cover the food, we ask for a lump sum of € 12 per day per child. It is necessary to reserve a space for your child.
Please book it by 31 May 2014.
